10. Security Deposit Refund
The security deposit shall be refunded within 30 days of vacating the property and termination of agreement.
Deductions may be made for property damage (excluding normal wear and tear) and outstanding rent/utility bills.
11. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion.
If unresolved, the matter may be referred to the competent court at ________.
This agreement shall be governed by the Rent Control Act of मेघालय and the Indian Contract Act.
