ATTESTATION REQUIREMENTS (Indian Succession Act 1925, Section 63):

• This Will must be attested by at least two witnesses.

• Each witness must have seen the testator sign, or received personal acknowledgement of the testator's signature.

• Each witness must sign the Will in the presence of the testator.

• Witnesses need NOT be present simultaneously — they may attest at different times.

• Witnesses should NOT be beneficiaries of this Will.
